Good hotel in super location. The food was too good. The courses were prepared with much love and imagination. The service at breakfast and dinner was great, courteous and fast. The hotel is located in the centre of the village and you can reach the lifts quickly. Ski cellar and wellness area leave nothing to be desired. There are enough parking spaces available. Room was well furnished and very clean. The Hotel Gappmaier is highly recommended for holidays in Saalbach.

Fairly clean and the staff was excellent. The room with river views was quiet and had a mini-fridge-bar, a personal safe, and central heating. A lot of food for breakfast, it was great. The location was good, just a walking distance from Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm. No reason to complain, really enjoyed our stay.

The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was clean and quiet with a balcony. the hotel's hygiene level was excellent, and the breakfast had a wide selection of tasty options. the included Summer card was a great perk, and parking was always available. the hotel's proximity to the Chatterberg Xpress lift was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again. Cons: Could not be improved in any way. 😊.

Every staff member we encountered was not only lovely and personable but also extremely attentive and efficient. The hotel's location is superb, just a short walk from the village center and equidistant to all of the gondolas. The manager went above and beyond to assist us when our pre-booked airport taxi failed to arrive, arranging an alternative for us. He also provided invaluable advice on exploring neighboring areas. The reception was incredibly friendly and familiar, ensuring a high level of comfort for guests. The inclusion of the joker card in the price was very convenient, granting free access to lifts and public transportation. We highly recommend the delicious and reasonably priced evening dinner. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding. We are extremely grateful for the wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

The hotel staff kindly offered me a late check-out on my business-mountain biking trip, the dinner was delicious with a great selection, the breakfast buffet was amazing, and the mountain biking facilities were impressive. The post-ride vibes in the garden were fantastic, and the new spa and pool were a highlight. I'll be back!
